Axis Bank P&L had One time Adjustment Expenses Towards the Acquisition of City Banks Retail Portfolio in Q4 Financials of the Company.



NII Growth has been Strong YOY. Loan Growth has been Strong Due to Acquisition of City Bank Retail Portfolio coupled with Standalone Business of the Bank. Cost to Income Ratio has been on the Higher Side due to one time Expenses.
